“Venice” through the lens

Venice is the ultimate Italian Jewel.  It has a significance – there are no motorized vehicles in the entire island.  It makes walking across the alleys a joy!  Gondolas, pasta, masks, people, coffee – everything about Venice is wonderful!

Captured in the evening when the sun was at its descent, this photo captures the essence of Gondolas with San Giorgio in the backdrop! Going through the canals with the boatmen singing merrily is an experience to cherish.

Among the numerous cathedrals in Venice, St. Maria Salute is special and beautiful. Located right in the Grand Canal, it can be viewed from various points in the city. Also the view from the cathedral platform is amazing!
